Privacy Policy
Last updated August 6, 2026
Draft for review. This policy is prepared for Fluent Real Estate Group’s review and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It should be confirmed before the site goes live.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the third-party services involved. It applies to this website only. Fluent Real Estate Group (“Fluent,” “we,” “us”) is a commercial property management and landlord-representation firm serving North and South Carolina.
What we collect
The only information you actively provide is what you enter in our contact form: your first and last name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write. You choose what to send. Nothing is required beyond your name, email, and message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical request logs (such as your IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use what you send through the contact form for one purpose: to read your message and respond to your inquiry. When you submit the form, your message is delivered by email to our office inbox through our email provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we don’t do
We want to be clear about what this site does not do:
- No analytics or tracking pixels.
- No advertising or ad networks.
- No advertising or tracking cookies (so there is no cookie consent banner).
- No selling or sharing of your information for marketing.
- No online accounts, and no customer database built from this site. Your form message lives in our email inbox, not in a separate system.
Third-party services
A few third-party services help run this site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Email delivery (Resend). Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, which processes the contents of your message to send it. See Resend’s privacy policy.
- Maps (Mapbox). Some pages can show an interactive map served by Mapbox. When the map loads, your browser requests map data directly from Mapbox, so Mapbox receives your IP address and technical request information. See Mapbox’s privacy policy.
- Hosting. This site is hosted by a third-party provider that processes the standard technical request logs described above to serve the site securely.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages in our email inbox for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from this site, or ask us to correct or delete it. Because we only hold what you sent us by email, this is straightforward. Just reach out. This site is intended for property owners and businesses; it is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
